We work diligently to abide by the most stringent guidelines in accordance with our underwriter’s standards, ALTA Best Practices, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Rules and Regulations and all applicable federal and state consumer financial laws. We have centralized the underwriting and title production process, making the management of our client’s transaction more accessible.
